FT Studio is directly in front of you when entering through the large gate at the front of the Unit 10 block. Direct access to the studio space is via the door on the back left of the unit in front of you.

Parking 

There is plenty of free curbside parking available out the front of the studio on Alumina Street. We also have a loading zone for your convenience. This is strictly a loading zone only and all vehicles will need to be moved to curbside parking once you have unpacked. 

Food Nearby 

We have our own kitchenette facilities that you are welcome to use – this includes a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine and a dishwasher. There are also a variety of cafes and takeaway options in nearby Queanbeyan and Fyshwick. 

Public Transport 

Getting to and from Beard via public transport is not straightforward as there are no direct buses that stop at Beard. Your best option is to catch a bus to Fyshwick (best to Canberra Outlet Centre or the Park and Ride Fyshwick) and then another to Queanbeyan to then walk 12 minutes to FT Studio from Queanbeyan. We suggest you opt for a taxi, Uber or rideshare to get to FT Studio, rather than relying on public transport. 

Accessibility 

FT Studio is disability-friendly and has no stairs inside the studio space, making it suitable for wheelchairs and strollers.
